EdPro Development, Inc. offers professional development and ongoing
coaching to educators teaching and supporting students who have been
diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders. For over 25 years the staff
of EdPro Development have worked with general and special education
teachers to support the meaningful and active inclusion of students
with Autism into all facets of school life.
Long before academic coaches were common the staff of EdPro
development worked with individual teachers and teams to determine the
correct supports at the right time in the most inclusive settings.
Our coaching begins with meeting with the adults involved with the
student as well as the individual with Autism and visiting the
environments where the individual spends time. After establishing a
schedule of collaboration we assist the adults in designing,
implementing and evaluating supports for the person with Autism. The
relationships formed can be long lasting and the successful supports
can be used for a life time. A residual impact of the support provided
by EdPro Development is supports put in place around other students,
with and without autism. Our services range from inservices (click
