Integrated Systems of Supports

School districts have multiple initiatives which often compete with precious resources in our fiscally challenging times. Initiatives such as response to intervention (RtI), school-wide positive behavior support (SWPBS), coordinated school health (CSH), expanded mental health, bully prevention, character education, standards-based differentiated instruction, science-technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) activities, professional learning communities, Reading First, early intervention services have requirements demanding goals, objectives, leadership teams, systems development, and data collection and evaluation strategies which overlap, but when implemented separately can paralyze and drain schools.

EdPro Development works with district leadership teams to integrate these initiatives to improve efficiency of resource use, implementation efforts, and organizational management. We have examples of action plans in progress [District Example 1, District Example 2, District Example 3].
